- This is a Sole Source announcement. No hard copy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government intends to award on a firm fixed price contract to IntekUSA Inc ??? qty 12 ea; Serial Input/Output Interface, Simpact EIA232 16 Port, Model Number ICP6000XA-C. Contract to be awarded IAW with Simplified Acquisition FAR Part 13. This Solicitation is also posted at SPAWARSYSCEN San Diego's E-Commerce Central website at: https://ecommerce.spawar.navy.mil. Numbered Note 22 applies, however, all offers received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) after date of publication of original synopsis will be considered by the Government.
