Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space and Warehouse Space in Louisville, Kentucky The General Services Administration seeks to lease new office and related space consisting of approximately 8,714 rentable square feet yielding 7,577ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office and warehouse space in Louisville, Kentucky. Space must be located within the following delineated area: North: River Road East: I-265 South: I-265 West: I-65 . The term of this lease is 10 years, 5 years firm; with all services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy is desired on or before 9-1-07. Secured on-site parking is required for a minimum of 6 government vehicles. Maneuverability is necessary for access to large vehicles. Sprinklered space is preferred, but not mandatory. The facility will be divided into two areas approximately 65% office space and 45% indoor parking. An end unit within Single-story space is preferred. The Agency cannot be housed with or located near any other law enforcement agencies, i.e. US Customs/INS, Probation, Public Defender, etc. Agency requires an off-site facility that is not in close proximity to Social Services Agencies, churches, childcare, schools, or any openly public frequented locations as well as aircraft flight paths. Agency requires garage door measurements of 14 feet high and 12 feet wide. An Antenna attached to an exterior of approximately 18 feel high will be required above roof line. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government does not occupy property located in a Flood Plain.
