This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; cost proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. . The solicitation number for this procurement is F2CFSQ6104A100 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). . For informational purposes the North American Industry Classification System code is 423430 ? Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment Software Merchant Wholesalers. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. Resulting order will consist of one line item. . 0001 ? Wi-Fi/RF Bundle of AirMagnet Laptop (A1250), AirMagnet Surveyor PRO (A4015), AirMagnet Spectrum Analyzer (A4030) Part #A1356; Qty: 11 Ea . Delivery is ___________days after receipt of the order. FOB: Destination to Honolulu, Hawaii , if you are not quoting FOB Destination, provide FOB Shiping point and cost. . Offerors proposing ?or equal item? must include a specification data sheet on proposed item offered to be able to properly evaluate equal item being offered. The Government has the final determination if item offered is considered ?or equal?. Ensure the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items (Jan 2005) (this must be completed on http://orca.bpn.gov), DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items (Nov 1995), and DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act-Balance Payment Program Certificate (Apr 2003) with the quotation.
