This modification is being issued to replace the sentence which read 'The amendment to the solicitation for Phase 2 will be posted to FedTeDs but will only be acce ssible to the selected Phase 2 Offerors' with 'The amendment to the solicitation for Phase 2 will be posted to FedTeDS and will be accessible to the selected Phase 2 Offerors and all interested subcontractors.' All other information remains unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-MAY-2006).
