Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued on the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) web-site. This is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) SP4410-06-R-9004. This RFP is for a contractor to provide labor to perform various operations at the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) Arifjan, Kuwait. This procurement is unrestricted. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed priced with a six month base period and four one year options. Questions regarding this combined synopsis/RFP must be submitted in writing by facsimile to Mark Moran at Kuwait local (965) 3897100 or (965) 3897392, U.S. bidders use country code 011, or to Nate Gaunt at U.S. (269) 961-4474.
