Description

On behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army Installations and Environment (OASA-(I&E)), the Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to award a Small Business Set-Aside for commercial items. This is a one hundred percent (10 0%) Small Business Set-Aside with annual revenue of $6.5 million. The Statement of Work (SOW) sets forth the requirement for management support services as required by the OASA-I&E in managing the Western Hemisphere Information Exchange (WHIX) Program. Th e WHIX Program Support Contractor selected to perform this SOW will be required to ensure that all WHIX Program activities undertaken by the WHIX Program Principle contractor are performed efficiently and effectively and that they are properly coordinated among all WHIX Program Participants. The WHIX Program identifies projects for analysis and implementation in selected Latin American Countries. The SOW requires the contractor to provide reviews and analyses of all WHIX Program Principle Contractor actio ns and deliverables. A Firm-Fixed Price single award is anticipated with a period of performance of one (1) year from date of award.
