Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Central California Area Office, Lake Berryessa intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm-fixed price construction contract to repair the tile roof on the Multipurpose Building, and to clean up all roofing related debris upon completion of project. The estimated cost of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) applicable for this project is 238160. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $13 million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Small business concerns, including HUBZone, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, disadvantaged and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be posted for download on June 12, 2006 at http://ideasec.nbc.gov, with quotes due on or about July 12, 2006, 3:00 PM. Effective October 1, 2003, any contractor to be awarded a government contract must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Contractors may register at http://www.ccr.gov. Effective January 1, 2005, any contractor submitting a quotation, offer or proposal to the Government must complete their Representations and Certifications online. All the representations and certifications which used to be submitted within Section K are now located online. Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA), can be completed at http://orca.bpn.gov. Quotes may be submitted electronically or via fax.
