- The U. S. Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service, on behalf of Redstone Technical Test Center(RTTC), Development Test Command, US Army Test and Evaluation Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to Herley Lancaster. Specifically, RTTC has the need for C-Band Radar Transponder Model MD50C-5 (6 ea). This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Pre-solicitation Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 4:30 p.m. EST June 5, 2006 will be considered by the Government. The anticipated award date is June 6, 2006.
