- Boot, Safety, Hot Weather (Navy Certified Styles), NSN: 8430-01-439-3965. Quantity: Minimum: 23,520 Pr; Maximum: 68,952 Pr with four term options. Options Minimum: 23,520 Pr; Maximum: 68,952 Pr. Destination: Bill & Hold. Items to be manufactured in accordance with Navy Certified Style Numbers. With respect to products requiring certification/ qualification, awards will be made only for products, which are, at the time of award of contract, qualified and certified by the Navy. The attention of the contractors is called to these requirements, and manufacturers are urged to arrange to have the products that they propose to offer to the Federal Government tested for qualification in order that they may be eligible to be awarded contracts or orders for the products covered by this solicitation. Information pertaining to certification/qualification of products may be obtained from: Navy Clothing & Textile Research Facility; Allison Mack-DiIulio AMack_DiIulio@NCTRF.Natick.Army.Mil, 508-233-4189, ext 213. Production lead-time is 150 days after date of award. Procurement will be issued on an unrestricted basis and will be evaluated under Best Value Procedures with the following evaluation factors; Experience/Past Performance, Bill & Hold, Socio-Economic, Javits Wagner O?Day. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
