No other source is listed in the AID. This is a Definite Quantity Request for 25 each for the base and a 100% quantity option. No technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. This requirement will be issue as Unrestricted Other Than Full And Open Competition. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Delivery is as important as price.
