- Description
- Request for Information (RFI) for Candidate Laboratories for Prototype Fixed Site Laboratories to be established by the Department of Homeland Security, Science and Technology Directorate. The Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intends to establish two prototype fixed site laboratories to provide initial operational capability to analyze a high volume of environmental samples potentially contaminated with Chemical Warfare Agents (CWAs). The establishment of these laboratories will also explore and address the challenges in establishing this type of capability. One of the criteria is that the laboratory must be within 250 miles of New York City or Washington, DC.
