- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2E1SS6125A100 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. The delivery time will be 12 July 2006. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-09. This acquisition is to be 100% set aside and awarded to SB. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423320. The SB size standard for this code is 500 employees. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001: Base Course, QTY: 2300 Net Tons, 1" Non-processed/Non-Spec Base Course. All items shall be delivered FOB DESTINATION to Centennial Range, Holloman AFB, NM 88330. DIRECTIONS - FROM HWY 54 TURN EAST ON HWY 506. GO APPROXIMATELY 15 MILES, TURN SOUTH ON TO CENTENNIAL RANGE ACCESS ROAD. ROAD IS MARKED WITH A SIGN. DRIVE 16 MILES TO MAIN GATE OF IMPACT AREA. SPECIAL DELIVERY NOTE: PROJECT (DELIVERY/DUMPING OF BASE COURSE) STARTS AT MAIN GATE AND WORKS BACK TOWARDS HWY 506. MR. ATWELL WILL COORDINATE WITH VENDOR FOR EXACT AREAS AND WILL MEET THE DELIVERY.
