- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B2M16129A1100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote for Test Generator Computer Program. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business and is under North American Industry Classification System code 511210, with a small business size standard of $21 Million. A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing. CLIN 0001: Capable of creating at a minimal of 10 different types of questions, Randomization of questions and answers. Secure Web Browser must lock the testing computer, making the user unable to use the CTRL, ALT, Print Screen, or the ability to minimize or close browser window. The screen will be treated as a kiosk. Must be able to support Active Directory (AD) and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP). This software is user for enabling and managing user security and authentication. Must be able to integrate with existing network so extra log-on are not required. Must have a fully functional Structured Query Language (SQL) database, which is in use at Altus AFB. Can be customized to involve our own screens with logos, banners, etc. Must provide test, question, and answer analysis. Reports must be able to be viewed on screen, printed, and/or exported. Feedback must allow question and test feedback and review to the test taker during test, after test, or not at all. Must be able to scan test papers into program. Must have the ability to create certificates after completing course, if desired. On line training must be available. Maintenance must include, expedited email, phone support, updates and patches when necessary. This is similar to the TG2 r2.4.10.
