Description

The objective of this requirement is to obtain technology consulting services to include On-Site and Off-Site software engineering consulting services in support of the Technical Training Management System (TTMS) web based upgrade using the existing Questionmark software products (Perception and Secure) as detailed in the statement of work. These services will be utilized to support the development effort for all automated technical training surveys and tests throughout the Air Education and Training Command (AETC). The services will include review and advice on current TTMS Questionmark software, integration and enhancements of Questionmark software with other applications, and consulting on new releases of Questionmark products utilized by TTMS. This scope includes enhancements to Questionmark products as a result of consultations. The software integration with other applications will require access to Questionmark software products? source code and possible source code manipulation to integrate with other applications.
