- Description
- Furnishing Management Service for McConnell AFB, KS. This action will be 100% set-aside for Hub zone small business. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 and the small business size standard is $32,500,000.00. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to operate the base furnishings management office/warehouse, maintain government-furnished property, perform storage and handling within warehouse of furnishing and appliances for lodging, designated dormitory facility maintenance, perform, provide, manage, and maintain washers and dryers in designated facilities on McConnell AFB KS, IAW performance work statement. This procurement will be Hub zone set-aside, but all responsible Hub zone sources may submit a bid. The solicitation will be posted on or about the 9th June 2006. The period of performance will be 01 October 2006 through 30 September 2007, base years, with four option years. A numbered note 27 applies to this synopsis.
