Description

The U.S. Army, Carlisle Barracks, PA has a requirement to perform repairs to the exterior of Building 23, Thorpe Hall Gym. These repairs include replacement of rain gutters, removing existing wood soffit and installing new soffit, install new rafter tails and fascia, painting of both masonry and wood surfaces, re-pointing of mortar joints, installing new snow guards, and replacement of an existing tennis practice backboard. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competi tiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238990. The size standard is $13 million average annual receipts for the past three fiscal years. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registratio n (CCR) system. Further information on registering with CCR may be obtained at website http://www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will be posted in Fed Biz Ops on or about the week of 5 June 2006.
