- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quo tes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for Brand Name or Equal for 120,000 Eagle MOLLE Double M4 Mag Pouches in Coyote (MP2-M4/2-MS) and 120,000 Eagle MOLLE Grenade Pouches in Coyote (FGC-1-MS) in wh ich the part numbers, description and pictures can be found at http://www.wsmr.army.mil/DOCPAGE/pages/sol_stat.htm. This requirement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The applicable NAICS code is 339999 with a size standard of 500 employees. Payment s will be made by VISA credit card. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, low price proposal. You shall submit commercially available literature on your pr oduct that demonstrate that all of the above salient characteristics are met. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-3, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, FAR (52.203-6 Alt I), 52.219-6, 52.219-8, 52.219-14, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52. 222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-39, 52.232-36, 52.225-13).
