- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information, included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation issued by The U.S. Arm y and Aviation and Missile Command, on behalf of the Product Manager for USA TMDE Activity (USATA). This requirement is for the purchase of one-hundred thirteen SWR Bridge Sets. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being req uested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
