Description: Solicitation Number NAR060057 applies and will be issued as a Request for Proposals for the following services: The BLM National Historic Trails Interpretive Center (NHTIC) in Casper, WY has a requirement for special exhibit custodial and janitorial services for the location of 1501 N. Poplar St., Casper, WY including a 23,000 square feet public building including the following: offices, a 100-seat theater, 15,000 square feet of exhibit galleries and public lobby space. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, uniforms, supplies, materials, equipment and tools, except for specified Government furnished property, required to effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily perform the janitorial services and special exhibit cleaning services specified within the statement of work. Site visit have been scheduled for June 14, 2006 and June 21, 2006 at 10 am MDT. The BLM anticipates a firm-fixed price award for one (1) year, with four (4) one (1) year options beginning October 1, 2006. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard NAICS classification is 561720. Size standard is $15 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 2, 2006.
