- The original annoucement transmitted 5/26/2006 inadvertently omitted the following to be included with the two residences: Each residence unit will need 200 Amp service, 40 position panel and full sized breakers all UL approved. Minimum of one circuit breaker per room, one phone jack and one computer cable outlet for each room (except bathrooms). Provide one separate dedicated telephone fax line in living room/dining room, one electrical receptacle box per wall or every 8 feet on longer walls, exterior flood lights (2) w/motion sensors in front and rear of each residence (total of 4), one ceiling light and switch per room, magnetic security contacts on all windows and doors with at least two zones and all doors home run. Installed wired smoke detectors w/battery backups and carbon monoxide protectors per code requirements. Install a minimum of 2 lights in the crawlspace. Coordinate with utility company to hookup each residence building to electrical power. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems: Provide each building with a properly sized and fully operational heating, ventilating and air conditioning system. The system shall consist of the following - Condensing units (Heat Pump) air handling units, electric resistance backup heaters, central duct system(with all associated ductwork, dampers, filters and grills), refrigerant and piping systems, condenser coils, controls and programmable thermostats. The split system heat pumps shall have indoor air handling units and heat exchangers, with a compressor and outdoor exchangers. The HVAC system for the two story modular shall have separate zones for each floor. All components shall comply with ASHRAE standards and shall be tested, adjusted, and balanced and operations manuals provided. An existing septic system and water well shall be utilized for the single story unit. The contractor shall furnish and install the required piping to provide a completely functional water and septic system in accordance with local regulations. Install a new water pressure tank for the water system and one water hose bib on an outside water faucet. The Government shall furnish water well with pressure tank and septic system for the two story unit which will be utilized by the contractor. The contractor shall furnish and install the required water supply piping to hook up to the pressure tank to provide a completely functional water supply system. The contractor shall furnish and install the required drainage pipng to hook up to the installed septic system in accordance with local regulations. Install one water hose bib for an outside water faucet. Provide manufacturer's information which thoroughly describes the items and features to be included with the modular residence. Also identify any items or features that would need to be accomplished by others to provide a complete and ready to occupy building.
