The U.S. Geological Survey, Marine Operations Facility located in Woods Hole, Massachusetts has a requirement to purchase Marine Technical Services to establish performance safety standards for the Large Vessel Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management Program to include specific Inspection Criteria References, Vessel Operating Procedures and Emergency Preparedness for USGS vessels greater than twenty-six feet LOA and less than 300 Gross Tons.
