- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to negotiate a contract for the procurement of the following: 3 each, P/N 3695-9-1, Extender Kit Assembly 6 each, P/N 3712-1-1, Port Pressure Calib. The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment and consumable supplies to manufacture in its entirety. This requirement is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure from King Nutronics under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c ) (1), implemented by FAR 6.302-1 and under an approved Justification and Approval (J&A). King Nutronics is the only company with requisite knowledge and technical capability to manufacture the Extender Kit Assembly and the Port Pressure Calib. Firms that recognize and produce the required item described are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
