- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Innovative Professional Solutions, Inc (IPS), 8317 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach, Florida 32407, on a sole source basis for the development of safety documentation and safety support for the ABS program. This acquisition is sole source for the following reasons. IPS is the only source that possesses personnel with unique combination of capabilities and significant past experience supporting the ABS program, including continuous safety support for ABS testing operations for the past two years and in developing safety documentation for US Navy weapons systems. No other vendor holds or maintains the technical expertise in the ABS program and safety programs for US Navy weapon systems to support this high priority testing. A firm-fixed-price order is anticipated. Award will be based on the written quotation. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building! 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. The anticipated award date will be on or about June 1, 2006. NAICS Code 541330 applies. SBA Size Standard is 25M. FSC is AD96.
