- Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full and Open Competition REQUIREMENT: The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease that is expiring in Sunrise, Florida. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North ? Commercial Boulevard South ? Sunrise Boulevard East ? University Drive West ? Hiatus Road REQUIRED: The Government requires a total of 11,435 usable square feet of space. The space must be contiguous, located preferably on the ground floor, no higher than second floor. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be 3 1/2 years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than July 1, 2006. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by June 8, 2006. Owners and Exclusive Agents only.
