GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE SPACE IN MIAMI, FLORIDA Requirement: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 11,429 rentable square feet yielding a range of 9,938 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Miami Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Location: North: Flagler Street, South: SW 8th Street, West: SW 12th Avenue, East: Miami River/South Miami Avenue Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government prefers first floor building space, with total square footage contiguous on a single floor. Lease Term: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years.
