- The purpose of this amendment to HU0001-06-Q-D054 is to answer questions regarding the solicitation. The following questions were asked, accompanied by the answers: 1) What are the manufacturers of the major devices (DVRs, VCRs. Cameras, Matrix Switchers, Quads, etc)? Digital Video Recorders - Kalatel DVMRe Pro/GE Monitors - Phillips VHS -Phillips Video Controller System - Phillips Keyboard Remote - Phillips Cameras - Phillips Autodome - Phillips Power Supply - Phillips 2) What are the quantities of all devices? 13 Micro 5, 60 Readers, 70 Inputs and 86 Alarm Form 3) What version of Secure Perfect you are currently running? Version 6.1 4) What is the true number of computers with the Casi Rusco software installed on them and the level of software (server, client) 1-Server/Client 2-Client Only TOTAL OF 3 COMPUTERS 5) When was the last update or upgrade of the software and the Version and Build Numbers? 5/1/05 Last Upgrade Secure Perfect Version 6.1 6) What is the name that the software is registered under with Casi Rusco? USUHS 7) Is there a report that identifies the number of readers, alarm point and users in the system? There are Database lists on the server. 8) What is the date of last backup of the system? 3/10/06 9) Please offer some clarification of "Secure Terminal Interface"(STI). The STI's are at the remote bldg. These are reader interface boards for old DSX controlled doors. 10) If available please provide a report showing the service request and the nature of the problems for the past year. Not Available 11) Is there an existing "Master Equipment Index? NO 12) Will the service provider need to provide new documentation of the existing equipment as per #11 of the statement of work? YES 13) What's the total count of cameras based on the head-end and the remote location? 52 14) Please confirm that the facility does not have a stand-alone DSX system (or any other access system) There are several old panel boxes used in Remote Building with the DSX Logo, uses as splice can or for misc power supplies. There is no working DSX System. That system was removed. The due date for quotes has been extended until June 5, 2006. All quotes must be in the government?s possession by 4:00PM EST on June 5, 2006.
