Description: This announcement is notification of projected sole source acquisition IAW FAR 6.302-1. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 561210. This is projected notification as a sole-source requirement pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) with respect to patented METASYS Software regarding operation of existing environmental control equipment in base facilities. On this basis, award will be made to Johnson Controls, Inc., for a Non-Personal Service to provide the following: All supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, supplies, material, labor and all other items necessary to provide maintenance of Energy Management & Control Systems (EMCS) at Columbus AFB, MS.
