Description: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, transportation, and equipment necessary to replace water mains located in the 5500 area of Fort Dix, NJ in strict compliance with the scope of work, and contract drawings. The period of per formance is two hundred and seventy (270) days after the Notice to Proceed. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The estimated magnitude of this project over $500,000.00. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 237110, 1 623, $31.000,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.10, this acquisition is issued unrestricted. All firms are deemed eligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. All interesetd firms shall request a solicitation package in writing.
