***ATTENTION***CONTACT, RONALD HUGHES, CONTRACT SPECIALIST , OR GERALDINE WILLIAMS, CONTRACTING OFFICER, AMSAM-AC-AL-B, RONALD.HUGHES @REDSTONE.ARMY.MIL FOR ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS PROPOSED ACQUISITION. PRON: AX6T2028AX, NSN: 2915-01-304-4299, PN: 4045T30G07, Quantity: Min: 2,050 each, Max: 10,050 each, five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), applicable to the T701C Turbine Engine, FOB destination, with deliveries to Corpus, Christi, TX. The Required delivery with First Article Test is 300 each, 375 Days After Contract Award (DACA), and 300 each per month thereafter, until completion. The required delivery without FAT, is 300 each, 250 DACA, and 300 each per month thereafter until comple tion. This item is restricted to Delvan Inc. (71895), and General Electric (99207), because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, en gineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitatio n must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).All responsible sources may submi t an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXE CUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
