Description

Z - Sale of the Wooden Barn at the Nulhegan Basin Division of the Silvio O. Conte NFWR in Brunswick, VT. The property is described as a one story wooden structure. The approximate dimensions of the structure are 36' wide by 20' deep. Preliminary conditions of the sale are as follows: The property is for sale to the highest bidder and is to be removed from Refuge property. Site is to be cleared, cleaned and the foundation hole filled in (if applicable) with clean soil that is consistent to current conditions at the site. Issue date will be on or about 1 June, 2006. Requests for a detailed solicitation package can be submitted in writing to the above address.
