- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation ,Subpart 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. (ii) The solicitation number is PR20021017. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) incorporating provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-09, dated April 19, 2006. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 443120, for which the size standard is 500 employees (not to exceed). DESCRIPTION: Phoenix Data Commander 4623 or equal. Rated 125-2 hour for media, data and plastic. At least 15.75 cubic feet. Digital combination lock. Has four (4) adjustable shelves and 10 multimedia drawers included. Two (2) year warranty parts and labor. To be delivered to Customs and Border Protection, Attn: Omar Negron, Customhouse, 1 La Puntilla Street, San Juan, PR 00901 no later that three (3) weeks from receipt of order. FOB Destination. Quote must list DUNS number and Federal Tax ID Number (TIN). All offerors must be in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at the time of award and must accept payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
