- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs requires the purchase of 2 mobile conveyor units to be used to load and unload boxes stored on shelves 8 through 14 of each shelving row. Conveyors will transport 35 lb cardboard boxes measuring 12? W x 18? D x 12? H. Equipment requirements: 1. Unit design shall allow conveyor to be turned into 28? wide shelving aisles from a 10 foot main aisle 2. 36? infeed elevation 3. 100? discharge elevation 4. Unit on locking casters 5. Unit adequately braced to prevent tipping during transport 6. Bi-directional belt movement 7. Starter cabinet (reversing) 8. Forward-Stop-Reverse switch (steel enclosure) mounted at each end 9. Rough top belt 10. Underside bed covers 11. Solid side guard rails 12. 65 ft per min - ?? HP reversing center drive ? 110V 13. Pre-wired at factory 14. Minimum cord length of 20 ft 15. Delivered FOB destination No RFQ soliciation document will be posted to the Government Point of Entry.
