NSN 2840-01-187-3059PN, P/N: 9992M74G21. Description: The HPC Forward Stator Stage 4 liner is a compressor airflow device. Function is to provide the stage 4 flowpath and the blade tip rub contact for the stage 4 blades. The dimensions are approximately 5.5 inches in length and 1.25 inches wide and .5 inches radius. Actual dimensions unavailable due to lack of engineering drawings. Material consists of Titanium with METCO plasma coating on the blade rub land. Applicable to: F108-100/200 Engine. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145-3032. Delivery: 31 Mar 2008, a quantity between 62 each and 155 each will be required. At this time, the Government's Best Estimate Quantity is 124 each. The actual quantity will be determined at the time of award. Qualification requirements exist: This item requires prequalification of alternate sources. Manufacturing data is available. Unique processes employed in using this data require prequalification of courses to ensure the reliability and quality of this part. Therefore engineering source approval is required. THIS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. New/Unused Government and Commercial Surplus are acceptable. The approximate issue date will be 16 June 2006 and the approximate response date will be 17 July 2006. The anticipated award date will be 11 Aug 2006. MANUFACTURER: General Electric Co. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Award will be made only if the offeror or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209.1.
