- The government wishes to purchase 1ea: Da Lite 9 x 12 Quick set up screen; 1ea: Da Lite screen dress kit; 1ea: Da Lite Quick set up Screen Case and 1ea: Da Lite Screen Legs. Equivalent brand names and models will be considered. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation serves as the Request for Quotation. Provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to OfferorsCommercial Items and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items appl y to this acquisition. Best Value to the Government will be used to evaluate offers. This includes, but is not limited to, the best price when considering the merits of all offers. Offers need to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offe ror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items with their offer. Offers must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registration and should include their DUNS number, Cage Code and Federal Tax ID number. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
