- The Government intends to award a sole source, unrestricted, firm fixed price contract to Northrop Grumman, Inc. for services to assist Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard with Phase I of ShipAlt 4192K on establishing a baseline for comparing post modification test results to determine changes due to modifications and verify that the modified throttle operators and valves meet operating requirements onboard. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available on or about 15 June 2006 via the Internet at the following addresses: http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.cbd-net.com.
