Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION AND SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THIS RFP IS BEING ISSUED ELECTRONICALLY. PAPER COPIES WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED. The Court Services & Offender Supervision Agency(CSOSA), a Federal Agency has a requirement for Psychological Services. The Contractor shall provide all the personnel, supervision, labor, materials, and supplies necessary to provide psychological assessment, counseling, evaluation, and testing services; and psychiatric services in accordance with the requirements specified herein. The contract period of performance will be one base year with four option years. The Government intends to issue an award to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to this solicitation and is determined the most advantageous to the Government with cost and all other factors considered. ALL questions or comments regarding this requirement must be directed to Mecale McCorkle, Contracting Officer in writing via e-mail. Communications other that written are not encouraged. It is incumbent upon potential offerors to download or obtain the Solicitation and amendments/updates, if any. This Solicitation will close on Friday, June 23, 2006 at 3:00 p.m.
