Description: The Natural Resources Conservation Service, announces a request for SF 330 (Architect and Engineering Qualifications) for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) A&E services for planning, design, and construction quality assurance of dams, across the state of Nebraska. This Amendment# 2 covers the items that are being deleted from the original solicitation. 1)DELETE item L.6 in Section L that addresses the AGAR clause 452.215-71. This solicitation will follow the guidance addressed on Standard Form 330. ACTION - DELETE item L.6 beginning on page 59 of 65. 2)DELETE the last paragraph in Section M that addresses the EVALUATION OF COST PROPOSALS. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME! THE RESPONSE DATE IS BEING EXTENDED UNTIL CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON JUNE 27, 2006.
