Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, The Contractor shall supply Ultra High Speed KODAK Film to Vandenberg AFB, CA. The film specifications and quantities are as follows: Item#1: 16mm 7246 (2994) Vision 250D, VMD 578, 400ft. QTY=100ea Item #2: 16mm 7279, (3000) 500T, VXF434, 400ft. QTY=25ea Item#3: 35mm 5246, (1866) Vision 250D, VMD 718, 1000ft. QTY=50ea Item#4: 70mm 5755, PORTA 160NC, SP 481, 100ft. QTY=40ea Item#5: 70mm 2755, PORTA 160NC, SP 512, 400ft. QTY=100ea This combined synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F4D1F56122A200. Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09 and DFARS Change Notice 20060519. North American Industrial Classification Standard 325992 , Size Standard, 500 Employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to Vandenberg AFB CA 93437, exact building number will be determined at the time of award. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated on Technically Accepted Best Value factors. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal.
