Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S .Army Technology Applications Office has a requirement for the following  Item 0001, 23 each, RM2411A, Black Box 6U Wall mount Cabinet (no substitute). Item 0002, 50 each, TrippLite N366-03M, Yellow 3M SC to LC Fiber Jumper SM (or equal). Item 0003, 50 each, TrippLite N366-06M, Yellow 6M SC to LC Fiber Jumper SM (or e qual). Item 0004, 50 each, TrippLite N366-15M, Yellow 15M SC to LC Fiber Jumper SM (or equal). Item 0005, 100 each, TrippLite N366-30M, Yellow 30M SC to LC Fiber Jumper SM(or equal). Item 0006, 5 each, UNICAM-ELITE, Corning Unicam Connector Elitetool. Item 0007, 500 each, CRG-95-200-42, Corning Unicam SC Single Mode Connector (no substitute). This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is W904TE-06-Q-6506. The NAICS code is 423690 and the small business size requirement is 100 employees.
