Description

This project is located at Hot Springs National Park in Hot Springs, Arkasnas at the thermal water display spring area behind the Historic Maurice Bathhouse and above the Maurice Jug Fountain and Cave Spring area. The project will involve cleaning and re-pointing of tufa rock walls and vault, painting benches and light poles and removal of selective trees, brush and shrubs, and the installation of a new irrigation system. The project is not set aside for small business; however the NAICS code for the project is 238140 with a size standard of $13 million in annual receipts for the purpose of size standard. The range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation package will be available for downloading at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about 6/19/2006. All quotes must be submitted electronically at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. In order to submit a quote, the company/contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr.gov prior to submitting a quote. A site visit is tenatively scheduled for 7/6/2006 at 9:00 a.m. at 101 Reserve, Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas 71901. The contact person for this project is the contracting officer (Donna K.
