Description
The Government is interested in leasing approximately 9,480 rentable sq.ft. yielding 8,243 ANSI/BOMA Office Area sq.ft. of fully serviced office (to be provided as part of the rental consideration) and related space in SUMTER, SC. This space is required no later than NOVEMBER 8, 2008. The lease term is ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation rights after five (5) years. Space must be located within the following geographic boundaries: NORTH: West on Calhoun Street from Harvin Street to Washington Street, north on Broad Street to Bultman Drive, north on Rast Street to Wesmark Boulevard; WEST: West on Wesmark Boulevard from Rast Street to Broad Street; EAST: East on Bartlette Street from Washington Street to Harvin Street; SOUTH: South on Borad Street from Wesmark Boulevard to Washington Street, south on Washington Street to Bartlette Street. Unique Requirements Overview: Offers must be for contiguous space (preference for first floor space) in a quality building of sound, substantial Class ?A? construction and location shall embody a corporate professional office image. Industrial/warehouse sites or sites adjacent to railroads are not acceptable. Overall dimensions of the space shall have a maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1. Columns must be at least 20 feet from any interior wall and from each other and be no more than 2 feet square.
