Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is W90KNA-6136-9001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Brand Name or Equal Request for Quotes are due by June 14, 4:00 p.m. (EST). The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 337215. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Oregon Army National Guard is soliciting quotes to procure the following supply or services: CLIN 0001 Bulk Storage Rack Components: 1. Supply the following bulk storage rack components: a. 82 each upright shelving support frames, 24 inches D x 10 feet H, load capacity 10,500 pounds. b. 8 each upright shelving support frames, 42 inches D x 10 feet H, load capacity 10,500 pounds. c. 205 each medium density fiberboard (MDF) decks, 24 inches D x 48 inches L, load capacity 2,200 pounds. Each deck composed of: 2 support beams with 5/8 inch step recess, 4 supports per deck, and 5/8 inch MDF decking material. d. 20 each medium density fiberboard (MDF) decks, 42 inches D x 48 inches L, load capacity 1,580 pounds. Each deck composed of: 2 support beams with 5/8 inch step recess, 4 supports per deck, and 5/8 inch MDF decking material. e. 4 each open decks, 42 inches D x 48 inches L, load capacity 2,600 pounds. Each deck composed of: 2 support beams with 5/8 inch step recess and 2 supports per deck. f. 164 each floor anchors. g. 30 each back-to-back frame connectors. h. 90 each wall anchor brackets. 2. Vendor will supply materials only. 3. Material will be equivalent to material described in reference literature. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Only contra ctors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the lowest priced offer which is both techn ically acceptable and shows satisfactory past performance.
