Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-06-Q0280 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-09. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 335129 and small business size standard of 500 employees. Description: Eight Each, HCT3120 Holmatro Hand Combi Tool #158012045, "OR EQUAL? Meets the following Specs. Tool must be hand pump operated with the pump mechinism located on the rear of the tool. Max operating pressure is 10,500 PSI, max cutting force in cutting notch is 49,000 LBS, max cutting force in blade center is 18,660 LBS, max spresding force at back of tips is 11,690 LBS, max spreading travel is 10.5", weight of tool is 23 LBS, oil volume required for opening is 6.7 CU IN, required for closing is 8.4 CU Inches, required oil volume is 1.7 CU Inches, usable temperature range is -4F to +176F..
