Description

The Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence, CCE, on behalf of the Army Human Resources Command, Education Division, expects to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide worldwide educational support services as summarized below . This is a pre-solicitation notice. An amendment to this notice will be posted announcing when the solicitation is released. Solicitation will be available on or about 20 Jun 2006. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, NAICS code is 561210, size stand ard is $32.5M. The contractor shall provide support to the Army Human Resources Command, Education Division, for worldwide educational support services. Tasks to be performed in this contract include Reception/Administration Services, Counseling Support S ervices, Counseling Services, Facilities Administration Services, Automation and Technology Support Services, Test Examiner Services, Test Proctor Services, Test Control Officer (TCO) for Army Personnel Testing (APT) Services, Instruction Services, Multi-U se Learning Facility (MLF) Support Services, and Educational Programming Services. The expected period of performance will be for a base period of 12 months with four (4) one-year options.
