Description

Notice of Short-List for Design/Build (Bridging) Construction for the New Courthouse, in Las Cruces, NM. Upon recommendation of the General Services Administration (GSA), PBS Selection Panel, the following Design/Build teams (in no particular order) have been selected to participate in Stage II (the Request for Proposal stage) of the Design/Build selection process for this project (GS-07P-06-UFC-0018), New Courthouse to be located in Las Cruces, NM: 1. W.G. Yates & Sons Construction Company (AE Firm Kirksey Architects), located in San Antonio, TX. 2. Caddell Construction Co, Inc. (A/E Firm HKS), located in Montgomery, AL. 3. Hensel Phelps Construction (A/E Firm Carrier Johnson), located in Albuquerque, NM. 4. Turner-Tompkin Government Services (A/E Firm HLM Desing/Heery International), located in Washington, DC. 5. White Construction (A/E Firm Carter & Burgess), located in Austin, TX. For Sub-contracting opportunities on this project contact these firms. The Stage II RFP is expected to be issued to these firms the week of June 12, 2006.
