Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared per the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number INL- 0110-5Q5015 is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price IDIQ contract for the acquisition of smoke grenades. The following Provisions and Clauses are incorporated into this RFQ by reference. No addenda apply to these Provisions and Clauses. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications ? Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, FAR 52-212-5, Contract Terms and conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. No additional FAR clauses apply. The following provides the minimum and maximum quantities per year and specifications. The Government intends to award an IDIQ for one year with three option years. Minimum 200 each (maximum 60,000 each)green smoke hand grenade Minimum 200 each (maximum 60,000 each) red smoke hand grenade Minimum 200 each (maximum 60,000 each) yellow smoke hand grenade Minimum 200 each (maximum 60,000 each) white smoke hand grenade Minimum 200 each (maximum 60,000 each) violet smoke hand grenade Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer which offers the best value to the Government. Offerors will be evaluated on past performance with regard to timely delivery. Offerrs must supply a Certificate of Conformance that the smoke grenades meet the standard commercial specifications for smoke grenades. Failure to provide the Certificate of Conformance will automatically render the offer unacceptable. Smoke grenades must be made in the United States. Vendor will be responsible for any export licenses required. Shipment will be made to Robertson Freight Forwarding, Miami, FL for onward shipment to Colombia. Prices must be FOB Miami, FL. Offerors must provide a completed SF 1449 with their quote. The Government will make one award from this synopsis/solicitation. Offerors must be registered in the Contractor Central Registry (CCR) to be considered for award.
