Description: Replace fume hoods, duct work, and chiller serving the Chem Lab Building 445 at Arnold AFB, TN. The work includes demolishing ten existing fume hoods and the associated makeup air system including ductwork and air handling unit. Install ten new fume hoods and new air conditioning system serving the laboratory. A new 70-ton water cooled chiller shall replace the existing chiller. The estimated magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The contract performance period will be approximately 120 calendar days from notice to proceed.
