Description

This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to READEX, 4501 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 316, Naples, FL 34103 to provide the Academy a one year contract for an on-line subscrip tion service to READEX on-line database for digital editions of Early American Imprint Series I, Early American Imprint Series II, and Early American Newspapers. These digital editions are only available on-line from READEX. Award amount is $28,070. The applicable NAICS is 516110 and size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within two (2) calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail. See numbered note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compete t his requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be avilable.
