Description

Furnish all labor, equipment (except for specified Government-furnished property), supplies, and materials to drill ten (10) wells at various Bureau of Land Management locations. Work will include, but will not be limited to; drilling, capping, disinfection, testing, possible abandonment, and record keeping. Work under this contract is located in the Montana Counties of Custer, Garfield, McCone, and Prairie (maps to be included in the solicitation). The contractor will have 63 days to complete this project after Notice to Proceed is officially issued. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contractors receiving government contracts must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. It is also recommended that prospective contractors complete their Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. The solicitation for this project will be posted at http:/ideasec.nbc.gov ON OR ABOUT June 20, 2006. A tentative site visit is scheduled for the week of July 10, 2006. The specific date, time, and place will be cited in Section L of the Clauses. Response date for quotes will be on or about July 19, 2006. NO hard copies will be sent out by this office. Small business size standard is 500 employees. See Note No. 1.
