Description

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is soliciting for a small business contractor to provide necessary advisory and assistance services to initiate, establish, update, enhance and/or support HUD?s Public and Indian Housing (PIH) Real Estate Assessment Center?s (REAC) NASS-PHA subsystem. The contractor shall perform research, analysis and testing of various approaches to be used for recommending improvement of Public Housing Authority?s (PHA) scores, perform requirements analysis, design input, conduct testing in support of the development, implementation and maintenance of NASS, support the continued development, operation and/or enhancement of existing subsystems and operating processes, support internal and external outreach, provide customer service and training needs, perform workload analysis, and develop and implement human resource strategies. The resulting contract will be for a period of one-year with two one-year options. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside as defined under NAICS code 541519 and was first announced in the Fedbizopps on 4/21/2006. The solicitation may be downloaded from the HUD web page, http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm on or about June 6, 2006. All interested small businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal.
